I hereby declare that I have gone through the vision, mission, and details of the association. I agree to abide by the vision, mission, and rules set for the association. I further declare that all the information's mentioned in this form are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and believe. I have not concealed any information, should it be so at any point of time, my membership is liable to be terminated. If I am admitted to WAAD as a member, I will abide by the Constitution / Bye-Laws, and Code of Conduct set by the Governing Council to assure effective and ethical decision-making and governance. If I infringe any rules, the Governing Council has the right to terminate my membership. All contributions will not be refunded.
