Dr. Edward Agbai
Dr. Edward Perekebina Agbai is an author and a management professional with backgrounds in Leadership, Research, and Engineering and over 20 years of combined experience in the public and private sectors. He authored the book – Travails: Memoir of an Oil and Gas Field Worker. Co-Authored and Contributing Author – 1) Workplace Experience Across International Borders, 2) A Great Nation In Bewilderment, 3) Key to A Great Africa – Leadership Guide for Peaceful Coexistence, and 4) Leadership and Management for Health Workers.He has written numerous peer-reviewed articles in local and international journals.
He is the Director of Research, International Institute of African Scholars, Member, Board of Directors, Saskatoon Open Doors Society, Secretary World Association of Academic Doctors, and Secretary Ijaw Diaspora Council (IDC).
Dr. Agbai holds a Ph.D. in Management with specialization in Leadership and Organizational Change, MSc in Project Management, Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management, HND in Electrical Engineering, and Diploma in Business Administration.
He started his career in 2000 with Eni, a major player in the oil and gas sector in Nigeria before joining Smart Alliance Consulting Services Ltd as Resource Partner. He is presently an Adjunct Faculty with Emmanuel University, Fayetteville, NC, USA.
